At Ayulx, we value your trust and aim to ensure a smooth and transparent refund process.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may qualify for a refund if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order was cancelled before shipment

To request a refund:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Share clear photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Orders refused at the time of delivery (unless pre-approved)

3. Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent via:

    • Bank transfer

    • EasyPaisa

    • JazzCash

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged product).

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
