1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged)

  • Change of mind (unless approved by management)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Ayulx Customer Support within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and clear pictures of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Do not send any product back without confirmation from our support team.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred via bank transfer or mobile wallet (EasyPaisa/JazzCash).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  • First, check your bank account or wallet.

  • Then contact your bank/payment provider.
